If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the product total. (Shipping costs will not be refunded!) Please note that the item must returned in original boxes with the original receipt to ensure full credit. *Books are not eligible for refund.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-BOKUFOOD with your order number. Boku will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner, and we will cover all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us at 1-877-BOKU FOOD and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchases.
